You will build active and passive candidate pipelines, guide search strategy, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines. You will work with diverse teams, influence executives, and contribute to continuous staffing improvements while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience for management, technical, professional and administrative roles.
• Experience with consulting or in a consultative staffing role preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking software and related recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic recruitment for technical, professional and executive roles.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting from strategy to screening and presenting candidates.
• Counsel hiring managers on staffing policies and ensure EEO compliance.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines to support staffing objectives.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects within staffing function.
