Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will lead strategic recruitment for technical and executive roles. You will build pipelines, source passive candidates, and manage end-to-end hiring processes to meet staffing objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to advise hiring managers on policies and compliance. This is a contractor role based in California with ITAR considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience with a consultative approach.
• Experience with diverse candidate sourcing and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop active and passive candidate pipelines for technical, professional, and executive roles.
• Own full life-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates.
• Counsel hiring managers on staffing policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
