Job summary

AV seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment for technical, professional and executive roles in the United States. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage full life-cycle hiring, and advise hiring managers on staffing and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in recruitment, experience with applicant tracking software, and a bachelor's degree in HR or related field. ITAR compliance and some travel may be required.

• Experience consulting and supporting multiple projects with competing demands.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
