Job summary

You will develop pipelines, manage full life-cycle hiring, and advise hiring managers on policies to ensure compliant and efficient staffing. This role offers the opportunity to influence staffing strategy in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in recruitment screening and selection for management, technical, professional and administrative roles.
• Experience in consulting and/or working in a consultative role, supporting multiple projects with competing demands.
• Experienced with applicant tracking software and other recruiting tools.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruiting solutions to hire the right skills and quantity of talent.
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates.
• Counsel hiring managers on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of EEO and hiring guidelines.
• Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive.
