Caliber is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in California to support multiple markets. You will network, source and screen applicants for various non-exempt roles, manage the offer process, and coordinate onboarding in partnership with HR.

Travel in-market and occasional out-of-market travel are required. You will use ATS/CRM tools like Workday and Phenom to track candidates and deliver a high-quality candidate slate.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 0–2 years Recruiting/HR experience.
• ATS/CRM systems preferred; Workday and Phenom highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• High volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Familiar with HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes strategic recruiting plans.
• Communicates KPI alignment with TA Managers and updates.
• Reviews staffing strategy and provides recommendations.
• Researches and uses sourcing tools for candidates.
• Posts open positions internally and on approved job boards.
• Reviews resumes, pre-screens candidates, and refers qualified candidates.
• Manages the offer process for policy compliance and high acceptance rates.
• Handoff to HR Administrative Team for onboarding.
• Maintains candidate data in ATS and compiles reports.
