Global Medical Response is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Pacific region operations, based in Northern California from Concord to Monterey. You will attract, screen, interview, and place top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and onboarding.

Key duties include building pipelines, sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards, coordinating with local HR, and traveling to recruiting events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience in healthcare (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for immediate and future needs.
• Source and sell opportunities via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers.
• Partner with local operations and HR to support interviews.
• Build employer brand and relationships with schools and feeder programs.
• Track recruitment metrics and travel to events.
• Maintain compliant candidate documentation and data records.
