Job summary

rednote is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Bay Area team. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a competitive market from our Palo Alto base.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on recruiting across functions, strong sourcing skills, and a focus on an exceptional candidate experience. Technical recruiting experience is highly preferred, with emphasis on inclusion and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment and delivering high-quality hires under tight deadlines. Technical recruiting capabilities are strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on sourcing across multiple channels using LinkedIn, Indeed, personal connections, and other creative search strategies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Commitment to building inclusive, diverse candidate pipelines and seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple functions, from profile alignment to offer negotiation and closing.
• Effective Sourcing: Proactively identify top‑tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean queries, talent communities, and creative outreach.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant receives an exceptional, transparent, and timely candidate journey.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with hiring managers, provide market insights, calibrate candidate profiles, and streamline interview loops.
• Employer Branding: Maintain and advocate for rednote’s employer brand across online platforms and offline engagements.
