Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Proficient with ATS, CRM, and HR platforms.
• Experience with Workday and CRM preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic recruiting plans across assigned markets.
• Communicates with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and updates.
• Builds candidate pipelines using CRM tools, job boards, social platforms, and events.
• Coordinates campaign timelines and vendor communications; supports referrals and alumni outreach.
• Monitors performance metrics and conducts CRM-based outreach throughout recruitment.
