Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Admin I to support end-to-end recruitment remotely from California. The role partners with hiring managers to design effective sourcing strategies, manage interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience within SLAs.

Responsibilities include building talent pools, coordinating with stakeholders, benchmarking recruitment practices, and maintaining our employer brand across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience required.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Full-cycle / end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to establish and manage SLAs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Interview process management.
• Ability to meet or exceed service-delivery expectations.
• Undergraduate degree in HR, Marketing, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Key member of the recruiting strategy team, developing and maintaining capability and talent.
• Develops and executes global recruitment strategies for assigned areas.
• Manage interview processes for each recruitment.
• Developing and maintaining the required capability and talent.
• Manages end-to-end recruitment from job specification to candidate acceptance.
• Provide leadership and expertise in recruiting solutions to ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Review and improve how we advertise job opportunities.
• Partner with internal business partners to develop recruitment strategy, policy, and processes.
• Conduct needs assessment with hiring managers prior to sourcing.
• Establish communication strategy with hiring managers for requisitions around feedback, SLAs, and next steps.
• Ensure end-to-end recruiting aligns with strategy.
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact to disposition.
• Analyze performance of sourcing strategies at a macro level.
• Maintain a strong online presence on digital recruitment sites.
• Actively build a talent pool for assigned areas.
• May coach and mentor junior team members.
• Provide training and technical support as needed.
