Sabre Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across its diverse segments, including Utilities, Telecom, SBS, and Galvanizing.

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and reinforce Sabre's employer brand. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, compliance, and delivering a positive candidate experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong command of ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter; excellent Boolean search.
• Ability to manage 15-25+ reqs with quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Design proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, social networks, referrals, and campus channels to build candidate pipelines.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for multiple segments and sites; calibrate role requirements and criteria with hiring managers.
• Build relationships with site managers and HR partners; advise on job descriptions, interview design, and selection best practices.
• Maintain ATS data quality, support AAP compliance, and ensure adherence to employment laws.
• Represent Sabre at career fairs and events; strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.
