Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and secure top talent across our manufacturing and corporate teams.

This full-cycle recruiting role partners with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, build scalable sourcing pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume, multi-site environments and a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with success across production and skilled trades/manufacturing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong command of ATS platforms (UKG, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; Boolean search skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for site visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and direct outreach to build pipelines for corporate roles.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple segments, sites, and functions.
• Calibrate role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria with hiring managers.
• Provide pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to stakeholders and TA leadership.
• Represent Sabre at career fairs, industry events, and community hiring initiatives.
