Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage, and secure top talent across its diverse business segments.

You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, build scalable sourcing pipelines, and shape the candidate experience and employer brand. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, action bias, and success recruiting for professional and skilled trades roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including production & skill/trade manufacturing roles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong command of ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter; ability to leverage Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals to build deep candidate pipelines for corporate roles.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple segments, sites and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
• Provide regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
