Job summary

Sabre Industries is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple sites and segments.

You will design proactive sourcing strategies, build pipelines for corporate roles and manufacturing positions, and partner with hiring managers to align role requirements and selection criteria while strengthening Sabre's employer brand and candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in production & skilled trades/manufacturing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong command of ATS platforms (UKG, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; ability to Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build deep candidate pipelines.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for multiple segments, sites, and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure data quality for reporting and compliance.
• Represent Sabre at career fairs and industry events.
