Job summary

Sabre Industries is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage, and secure top talent across diverse business segments. You will partner with hiring managers, design proactive sourcing strategies, and help shape Sabre's candidate experience and employer brand.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on production and skilled trades. Travel up to 15% and a collaborative, data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in production & skilled trades/manufacturing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter; ability to leverage Boolean search.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEOC, OFCCP, ADA) and AAP compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (15–25+ reqs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; data presentation to leaders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, networks, and direct outreach to build deep candidate pipelines.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple segments, sites, and functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
• Build relationships with site managers, department heads, and HR partners across Sabre's segments; advise on job descriptions and interview design.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure data quality for reporting and AAP compliance.
• Provide pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Represent Sabre at technical school and college career fairs and industry events.
