Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to source, screen and recommend candidates for roles at all levels. You will build applicant pools, partner with managers, interview candidates, and manage onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience across the US.

The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, using various channels, and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders while complying with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and interviewing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR on job descriptions, requisitions, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists of candidates.
• Recruit and perform TA activities such as resume/phone screens, interviews, recommend final selections and close qualified candidates.
• Post and update job postings across media including internet sites, colleges, social networks and staffing partners.
• Promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities to managers and employees.
• Maintain ATS, recruiting reports and staffing administration.
• Respond to internal/external candidate inquiries in a timely manner.
• Follow up with managers to measure recruiting effectiveness.
• Position may require hours outside normal business hours.
