Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to source, screen and recommend candidates for roles at all levels. You will develop advanced sourcing strategies, build candidate pools, and partner with managers to identify fit through interviews and testing.

This role emphasizes a compliant and positive candidate experience and will support hiring goals across multiple locations. Located in the US with a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and a focus on development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers on position descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality shortlists and conduct candidate interviews.
• Manage job postings across internet, college channels and staffing partners.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports.
• Promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities.
