Job summary

The role requires 6+ years of TA experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and deep knowledge of US employment laws. Hybrid work is available with travel to campuses and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with sourcing and interviewing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR to define roles, requisitions, and sourcing plans.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists and conduct candidate interviews.
• Manage job postings and employer branding across channels.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and recruitment metrics.
• Represent Airbus at recruiting events and build a strong candidate network.
