Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to source, screen and recommend candidates across all levels.

You will develop advanced sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will manage postings, referrals, and reports, participate in onboarding, and align recruitment plans with business needs while adhering to EEOC, HIPAA and ERISA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and hiring managers on job descriptions, requisitions and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Screen, interview and close qualified candidates for multiple levels.
• Post jobs across channels and promote referrals and internal opportunities.
