Job summary

Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with leaders across the organization to shape hiring strategy, talent trends, and candidate experience.

This is a highly visible, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX with an in-office schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, and the 1st and 3rd Fridays. You’ll lead sourcing, screening, and offers while advising stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliant recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a strong hires track record.
• Proven ability to build relationships with managers and stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills and talent engagement.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Data-driven mindset; proficient with Excel for insights.
• Experience recruiting in corporate and/or agency environments.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for current/future needs.
• Engage passive candidates through networking and outreach.
• Screen for technical alignment and culture fit.
• Partner with stakeholders for a high-touch candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal and state regulations.
• Contribute ideas to elevate the Talent Acquisition team.
