Job summary

We Insure is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Austin, TX. This hybrid role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, shaping hiring strategies with managers, and building strong candidate pipelines to support rapid growth.

You will manage high volumes, coordinate interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while collaborating with HR and the Lead Talent Partner on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proven track record in developing sourcing strategies, assessing talent, and closing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of candidates through the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Assist with interview coordination and scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.
• Support onsite hiring events by helping with logistics and welcoming candidates.
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media to maintain pipelines.
• Attend career fairs and engage with colleges and career associations to support employer branding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to post jobs, share updates, and move candidates quickly through the process.
• Track and review recruiting data and insights to guide hiring decisions.
