• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proven track record in developing sourcing strategies, assessing talent, and successfully closing candidates.
• Experience with Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media used for talent outreach.
