• Leverage data and market trends to refine sourcing approaches.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience with transparent communication.
• Act as a candidate advocate reflecting Texas Capital core values.
• Negotiate salaries aligned to market data and firm budgets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
• Document recruitment activities in Northstar to ensure compliance.
• Provide training to leaders on interviewing techniques and practices.
• Ensure alignment with employment laws and internal policies.
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows for efficiency and scalability.
