Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will partner with senior leaders, build pipelines, and manage multiple requisitions across R&D, Sales & Marketing, and G&A as needed. Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Professional Services, Delivery, and Customer Success.
• Experience recruiting Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Directors.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Ability to partner with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experienced with enterprise ATS systems.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and immigration processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and recruit candidates for technical, consulting, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior executives to develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Coordinate hiring process from intake to offers and acceptance.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Immigration teams on work authorization.
