DTN is seeking a collaborative Recruiter to join our Talent Attraction team in a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. You will own full-cycle recruitment across technology, product, sales, and operations, delivering a frictionless candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, build diverse pipelines, and leverage our ATS to ensure data hygiene and timely updates. If you are a proactive sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience in technology, product, operations, and sales.
• Advanced ability to source passive talent beyond LinkedIn and conduct market mapping.
• Fluency in modern recruiting tech stacks; direct experience with Workday ATS is required.
• Knowledge of modern US employment practices and building diverse candidate pools.
• Data-driven mindset to track funnel metrics and keep hiring managers informed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting from search to offer.
• Build diverse pipelines using modern sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requisitions and ideal profiles.
• Ensure prompt candidate communications and a world-class onboarding handoff.
• Maintain impeccable data hygiene and ATS workflows.

• Negotiate offers and ensure compliant hiring practices.
