Job summary

ARUP Laboratories in Salt Lake City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver full cycle recruiting from posting to offer acceptance. You will build relationships with hiring managers and candidates, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and manage candidate activity in the ATS.

This role emphasizes partnership with HR and Leadership, compliance with federal/state laws, and delivering an excellent candidate experience while shaping the recruiting landscape for clinical and laboratory

Qualifications

• Associates degree or better in Human Resources or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or better in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with four years of full life cycle recruitment experience OR Associates degree with six years of full life cycle recruitment experience in HR setting.
• Working knowledge of federal and state HR laws.
• Experience with HR technology (HRIS applications) and ATS.
• Experience using a variety of talent acquisition approaches including referrals, job fairs, and Boolean searches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong communication with supervisors and management.

Responsibilities

• Manages talent acquisition process and candidate relationships from posting to offer acceptance.
• Develops and implements sourcing strategies for each requisition.
• Uses employment branding and outreach to attract quality candidates.
• Maintains candidate activity in the ATS and provides regular updates to stakeholders.
• Delivers training and collaborates with HR Partners to plan workforce needs.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and provides a positive candidate experience.
