Job summary

Route 92 Medical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for a high-growth medical device company. The role is hybrid, onsite in San Mateo, CA or West Jordan, UT with a minimum of two days per week on site, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, develop pipelines across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full life-cycle talent acquisition with focus on sourcing and hiring manager consulting.
• 3+ years building pipelines and presenting qualified slates.
• 3+ years recruiting in regulated industries (medical device, life sciences).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring from job descriptions to offer negotiation.
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Build talent pipelines for R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skill gaps.
• Maintain compliant candidate records and tracking.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Represent Route 92 Medical to strengthen employer brand.
• Support compliance with employment regulations.
• Participate in recruitment process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
