Responsibilities

• Owns full cycle talent acquisition process from requisition intake to onboarding
• Develops proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives
• Builds talent pipelines for critical roles and trains managers on interviews
• Guides offers and compensation discussions with data-driven insights
• Manages pre-employment processes and onboarding experience
• Monitors recruitment metrics and identifies improvement opportunities
• Represents the company at job fairs and events
