Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across a range of functions, from R&D to commercial and technical roles.
• Proven ability to build proactive talent pipelines and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and leadership to plan and execute hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to develop sourcing and candidate closing strategies.
• Plan and execute hiring initiatives across the organization with multiple hiring managers.
• Manage recruiting activities within Lever including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offers.
