Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment for technical, professional, and executive roles. You will design sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to select top talent for our growing teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing abilities, and familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools. ITAR compliance and U.S. citizenship prerequisites apply where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment screening and selection of management, technical, professional and administrative professionals.
• Experience consulting and/or working in a consultative role, supporting multiple projects with competing demands.
• Experience with applicant tracking software and other recruiting software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex research, analysis and networking to develop active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Manages full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, and pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manages candidates through the recruiting and selection process.
• Counsels hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of EEO and hiring guidelines.
• Keeps abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive.
• Assist with projects for continuous improvement of the staffing function.
• Works on problems of diverse scope requiring evaluation of identifiable factors.
