Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment for technical, professional and executive roles. You will design innovative sourcing solutions and drive staffing objectives through data-driven, compliant processes.

In this role you will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and stay ahead of recruiting trends to provide competitive talent solutions. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement and a solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment screening and selection of management, technical, professional and administrative professionals.
• Experience in consulting and/or working in a consultative role, supporting multiple projects with competing demands.
• Experience with applicant tracking software and other recruiting software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Performs research, analysis and networking to develop active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Manages full life-cycle recruitment including search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Manages candidates through the recruiting and selection process.
• Counsels hiring managers on staffing policies and compliance with EEO and hiring guidelines.
• Keeps abreast of trends in recruiting to stay competitive with state-of-the-art practices.
• Assist with staffing function improvement projects.
• Works on problems of diverse scope requiring data-driven evaluation.
