Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment for technical, professional, and executive roles. The role develops strategic, innovative recruiting solutions to hire the right skills and number of talent to meet staffing objectives.

The partner will build pipelines, counsel hiring managers on staffing policies, and stay ahead of trends in state-of-the-art recruiting practices to attract top talent in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment screening and selection of management, technical, professional and administrative professionals.
Experience in consulting and/or working in a consultative role for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Performs complex research, analysis and networking to develop candidate pipelines.
Manages full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Counsels hiring managers on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of EEO guidelines.
Keeps abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive in recruiting practices.
Assists with projects for continuous improvement of the staffing function.
