Job summary

Qvest US is seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter to source, screen, and place top technical talent for our technology consulting teams. You will partner with hiring managers, craft search strategies, and manage end-to-end interviews and offers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of recruiting in professional services, strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to pipeline health. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in a professional services or technology consulting environment.
• Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates.
• Strong candidate engagement, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data to drive hiring decisions and reporting.
• Experience with ATS navigation and HR compliance (EEO).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, establish search strategies, and align on ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, and creative networking strategies to identify and engage top-tier, passive talent.
• Conduct thorough introductory interviews to evaluate technical/cultural alignment while pitching the Qvest vision, culture, and role to spark top candidate interest.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Facilitate, prepare, and extend offer packages
• Proactively track pipeline metrics, keep hiring managers aligned, and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and recruitment progress
• Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding
