Job summary

Qvest US is seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter to rigorously source and screen candidates who align with technical requirements and our culture. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end interviews and logistics, and extend offers.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative networking to engage top talent, while tracking metrics and driving process improvements across the recruiting team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offers)
• 3+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates
• Strong candidate engagement skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; can manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to independently manage workload while supporting the recruiting team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS navigation, data maintenance, and reporting; EEO compliance knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and search strategies
• Source top-tier passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative networking
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit and present Qvest vision and role
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics
• Prepare and extend offer packages
• Track pipeline metrics and report on recruitment progress
• Deliver a high-touch candidate journey from outreach to onboarding
• Partner with subcontractor vendors for specialized talent when needed
• Support process optimization and recruitment best-practices across the team
