Job summary

ZP Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and place qualified candidates, redeploy contractors, and help drive account growth in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will partner with Account Managers, post positions, source resumes, interview candidates, and participate in weekly stand-ups and QBRs. Requires 1–4 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of high performing recruiting experience in staffing or related environment.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency in a fast-paced team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source and place qualified candidates, fulfilling hiring needs and redeploying contractors.
• Sourcing resumes on job boards & ATS; interview prep and candidate onboarding.
• Attend business development activities with Account Managers to qualify requirements.
• Attend stand-up and QBR meetings and document activity in CRM.
