Job summary

Talentful is seeking a senior technical recruiter to find and attract world-class talent for high-growth tech clients. You will deeply embed with a single client at a time, using advanced sourcing strategies and BOOLEASN logic to uncover top passive candidates while guiding stakeholders on the value of strategic talent practices.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technical recruitment, strong communication, and superb organizational skills; in-house experience is a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment, including experience filling niche roles.
Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing skills, experience with Boolean
Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
You communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients.
Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including Linkedin and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies.
Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally.
Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice.
