Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization.

You will collaborate with department managers, draft job descriptions, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and support offers with salary ranges and start dates. This role emphasizes compliance with employment laws and data analytics on recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent; substitution allowed.
• 2+ years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods based on role and industry standards.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process; identifies salary ranges and start dates.
• Collects and analyzes data to monitor recruiting metrics.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attends college job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed.
