Vectra AI is seeking an energetic Recruiter for North America to partner with hiring managers across the United States and build strong candidate pipelines for non-technical and GTM roles. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle and drive an exceptional candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a track record of collaborating with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS/cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the United States.
• Experience recruiting for non-technical/GTM roles within SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across the United States from intake to onboarding.
• Recruit across Sales, GTM, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and other functions.
• Develop effective recruiting strategies with hiring managers and leadership.
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
