Job summary

Qvest US is seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter to rigorously source and screen candidates who align with technical requirements and our culture. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end interviews and logistics, and extend offers.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative networking to engage top talent, while tracking metrics and driving process improvements across the recruiting team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offers)
• 3+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates
• Strong candidate engagement skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; can manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to independently manage workload while supporting the recruiting team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS navigation, data maintenance, and reporting; EEO compliance knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Full Lifecycle Recruiting

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, establish search strategies, and align on ideal candidate profiles

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, and creative networking strategies to identify and engage top-tier, passive talent

• Conduct thorough introductory interviews to evaluate technical/cultural alignment while pitching the Qvest vision, culture, and role to spark top candidate interest

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

• Facilitate, prepare, and extend offer packages

• Proactively track pipeline metrics, keep hiring managers aligned, and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and recruitment progress

• Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding

SubContractor Process Support

• Partner directly with subcontractor vendor firms to source, vet, and kick off onboarding for specialized talent tailored to client and project needs

• Facilitate subcontractor interviews and screenings to ensure prospective talent meets specifications

• Help optimize, support, and execute the subcontractor lifecycle management process

Recruiting Process Optimization

• Help maintain comprehensive recruitment guidelines, standard operating procedures, and training resources

• Actively share best practices, market intelligence, and sourcing techniques across the team to elevate overall recruitment capabilities

• Identify pain points and implement process enhancements to drive overall team efficiency

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, and extending offers), ideally for a professional services organization

• 3+ years of proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates

• Strong candidate engagement skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making

• Ability to independently manage your workload while supporting the larger recruiting team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with ATS navigation, data maintenance, and reporting

• Experience ensuring that the recruiting processes and documentation comply with all EEO guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in recruiting for a Management or Technology Consulting firm

• Experience with the Lever ATS

• Foundational Google Sheets and/or Excel skills

Travel Requirements
