Job summary

Vizient, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an experienced recruiting leader to manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio for the Kaufman Hall Consulting Business Unit.

You will partner with business leaders to understand talent needs, source top candidates, and guide offers and onboarding in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong relationship-building, executive search and contingency recruiting experience, plus proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting within executive search or management consulting environments.
• Ability to partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and build sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offers, and closing.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and networking.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and understand business unit needs.
• Develop knowledge of company strategy and market dynamics to inform recruiting tactics.
• Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.
• Provide timely status updates and feedback to candidates and teams.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and employment branding initiatives.
