Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to guide the transition of our recruitment technology and processes. This leadership role involves overseeing the recruitment lifecycle for our Middle River Aerostructures System business unit.

You will develop talent acquisition strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and enhance the candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for those in the aerospace field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in aerospace industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor recruiters and manage relationships with staffing agencies.
