Assisted Transportation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect people with meaningful opportunities and help build strong, reliable teams. You will oversee end-to-end recruiting processes, coordinate onboarding, and provide hiring recommendations while managers retain final authority.

You will develop sourcing strategies, engage with candidates at events, and support onboarding readiness with our HR team. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a team-driven HR function.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, management, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible recruiting experience OR 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience recruiting high-volume hourly, part-time, or variable-hour employees across locations.

Mansioni

• Lead recruiting from requisition to onboarding handoff.
• Build talent pipelines and represent the company at events.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks and MVRs.
