CHS Inc. is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across the Transportation organization and other business segments.

You will attract, source, interview, and hire talent across dispersed geographies in collaboration with TA operations, HR business partners, and hiring managers. You will develop proactive talent pipelines and recruiting strategies, partnering with leaders to align workforce plans with business goals and ensure a positive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source talent for seasonal, non-exempt, and exempt openings within CHS.
• Support CHS employment brand, diversity initiatives, and other programs.
• Manage postings, resume reviews, interviews, assessments and offer process.
• Source passive candidates via social media, job boards, internet sourcing and other channels to build pipelines.
• Advise candidates on benefits, salary, incentives, and CHS culture.
• Provide sourcing support for other recruiters and participate in Sourcing Blitz events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with professional communications at all levels.
