Job summary

ACCESS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring leaders, and ensure timely, equitable hiring. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and extend offers while maintaining strong pipelines for volunteering, internships, and fellowships.

You will work with the HR team to promote compliant, data-informed hiring practices and deliver a positive candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in nonprofit or mission-driven recruiting preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Source via job boards, networks, referrals, and events.
• Screen, interview, and present top candidates to managers.
• Maintain candidate records and compliant hiring documentation.
• Support employer branding and participation in recruitment events.
