Job summary

RelaDyne LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Houston team and provide full-cycle recruitment support for assigned business areas.

You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through offers while ensuring a positive experience and adherence to HR policies. Travel may be required, and you’ll collaborate with hiring managers to align requirements with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 0–5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• HR or Talent Acquisition certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition specialty) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, review job requirements, and support postings and strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and internal pipelines.
• Review applications and resumes and conduct structured phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare interview materials for hiring managers.
• Serve as primary candidate contact to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the offer process and maintain ATS data and compliance.
• Support recruiting events and promote RelaDyne's employer brand.
