Job summary

Trystar in Houston seeks a Recruiter to support the talent acquisition function by handling full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a professional candidate experience through accurate data in the ATS.

Responsibilities include direct sourcing, building talent pipelines, and contributing to process improvements under the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar.
• 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in corporate settings.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and using recruiting channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process for assigned positions from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate interviews and move candidates through the hiring process efficiently.
