Job summary

RelaDyne LLC in Houston seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring top talent is attracted and hired efficiently.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage intake discussions, source candidates through various channels, and coordinate interviews and offers to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 0-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes preferred.
• HR or Talent Acquisition certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or TA specialty) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, review job requirements, and support recruitment strategies.
• Conduct intake discussions to clarify role expectations, qualifications, and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, social media, and internal pipelines.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct structured phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure interview materials and candidate information are ready for hiring managers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional experience.
• Support the offer process by coordinating offer details, approvals, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within ATS and related HR systems.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with laws and company policies.
• Support recruiting events including job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Promote RelaDyne’s employer brand through professional candidate engagement and communication.

In this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas and play a critical role in ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.

What You'll Do

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 0-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes preferred.
• HR or Talent Acquisition certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition specialty credential) a plus.
