Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking an HR Specialist (Recruiter) in Houston to lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with senior leadership, and drive talent acquisition strategies across multiple functions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 2+ years in talent acquisition, strong interviewing and data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable labor legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based techniques.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Drive employer branding and represent the company at career events and job fairs.
• Maintain ATS data and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
• Negotiate offers and support successful closing of candidates.
• Establish internship programs to source pre-vetted candidates.
