Allied Reliability is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Houston, TX to own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates, and build robust talent pipelines to meet current and future needs. The role emphasizes candidate experience and alignment with our culture and values.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Screen and assess candidates to identify the best fit for both the role and organization.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruiting updates.
• Promote Allied Reliability's culture, values, and employment brand throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting effectiveness and operational efficiency.
