Job summary

PROtect, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for field positions in a fast-paced environment, partnering with hiring managers to quickly identify, attract, and onboard qualified candidates. The role supports operational readiness and revenue growth while building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a quality candidate experience.

This position requires a physical presence in the South Houston, Pearland office with hybrid options;

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring across multiple departments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of oil and gas, energy, safety, and compliance industries.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for multiple open requisitions across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities and role requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience and promote employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with hiring, onboarding and documentation requirements (including E-Verify where applicable).
• Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvements.
