Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting for assigned business units. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate flow, and uphold the company brand throughout sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Responsibilities include coordinating job postings, using the ATS to track candidates, and delivering a positive candidate experience while aligning with our benefits and values. This onsite role is based in Birmingham, AL or Dallas–Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR/TA experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs.
• Improve recruiting processes and meet department goals.
• Create and post job ads on internal/external sites.
